12-Month Worry-Free Warranty
Customers of the SecondBrain Note enjoy a 12-month or longer (if required by the local laws or regulations) warranty service from the date of the sales invoice. If performance failure occurs due to normal use circumstances during the warranty period, MAINFUNC shall provide maintenance services free of charge. For warranty service, a valid device serial number and proof of purchase must be provided.
The warranty service applies if:
· The Recorder is not dismantled, repaired, maintained, resold, or modified without permission.
· The Recorder is not operated in an abnormal environment.
· The Recorder is not damaged due to a violation of the user’s guide.
· The Recorder has not experienced a collision, falling, or bending due to improper storage or faults, and significant deformations due to liquid leakage in humid places.

Important Notice
Safety
Keep the device and the accessories away from children, as they may lead to suffocation or other injuries. Do not expose the batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) to fire or excessive heat, such as sunshine and the like, for a long time.
Maintenance
Do not clean the Recorder with chemicals or reagents, as they will damage the surface of the Recorder and corrode it.
Battery
If the product is not used for a long time, please charge and discharge the product once every three months to prevent battery damage.
Storage Capacity
The system software will occupy a small portion of the storage space. The actual usable capacity will be slightly smaller than the capacity indicated in the specifications.
Note
For users with pacemakers - Please avoid wearing Note on your chest area (including with lanyard, magnetic pin, or clip) due to its magnetism.
