If the device’s indicator light doesn’t turn on during startup or charging, the device may have crashed or the battery may be completely drained.
To resolve this issue, please check the following:
- Switch to another power adapter labeled “DC-5V” with an output of at least 0.5A.
- Make sure you’re using the original charging cable. Charge the device and see whether the indicator light turns on.
- Ensure the device and the charging cable are securely connected.
- Check the device’s charging pins for any dirt, and clean them with a dry tissue if necessary.
Press and hold the device’s recording button for 16 seconds to reset the device.
